Jeremy Harbour

Jeremy is responsible for taking companies public. He is a leading expert when it comes to taking a small business public through an IPO. Based in Singapore, he's actively involved with deals across the UK, Europe, USA, and Asia. Jeremy has bought and sold over 50 companies across 12 countries, and advised on over 200 more.


Alongside his day-to-day activities, Jeremy also enjoys traveling around the world giving lectures, & teaching business leaders about Mergers & Acquisitions, including working with senior executives from Moore Stevens, KPMG, Tesco, and Microsoft.  Jeremy enjoys the speaking circuit, regularly speaking at events throughout Europe and Asia with audiences of up to 700.  He is also Advisory director to The Mint National Bank.


Three-time runner-up for Coutts Entrepreneur of the Year in the UK, he has also provided mentoring support to The Prince’s Trust, along with advising the UK government on matters of Business and enterprise.  Featured in numerous publications including The Sunday Times, Financial Times, and numerous other publications, whilst also being a featured guest on The Money Channel.  Jeremy is also the author of two published books; Go Do!; and Agglomerate.


For fun, he enjoys traveling, art, boats, F1, and of course Business.
